Mollie started her lodging industry career in New York during the late 1970s. During here tenure on the East Coast (New York & Washington, D.C.) she held sales management positions with two independent upscale convention hotels and two boutique representation firms. In 1986 she helped start Prestige Resorts & Hotels, Ltd. with her husband Blair. She left the business in the late 1980s to raise three children.

Mollie re-entered the lodging industry in the mid 1990s to become the Midwest Regional Director of Sales for the San Juan Grand Beach Resort in Puerto Rico (a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts Worldwide). In 2001 Mollie re-joined Prestige Resorts & Destinations, Ltd., a company she helped found. She works out of the Wayzata, Minnesota office and works with our domestic and international Destination Management Companies.
