At Prestige, we offer a large assortment of comprehensive marketing
tools for our valuable conference and incentive planner clients.
You will find comprehensive property/DMC fact sheets, property search
capabilities, and an on-line RFP. Process. You are also invited
to attend Prestige Client Functions and Showcase. Our customers
are never without a viable tool for sourcing the best in unique
resorts, hotels, and DMC’s in destinations around the world.
Sales Missions
We have established a sales mission calendar for 2004. We encourage
all Prestige DMC and resort members to make joint sales calls with
our sales staff, when they plan a trip to a major city. A total
of 4 DMC or resort members may sign up for each sales mission, allowing
you to meet with several Prestige members simultaneously, relieving
demand on your valuable time. Depending on your location, you may
receive a request for an appointment from one of our Sales Partners
during the year. When that happens, we will look forward to meeting
with you in a concise, structured to the point manner.
Client Functions
Prestige client events present members (generally 2-3 per event)
with an opportunity to collaborate with our sales team by co- hosting
a special dinner or social hour for you, our valued clients in a
predetermined geographic area. During the event, the member presents
information about their resort or DMC and meet with potential clients.

Newsletter
The Prestige ‘Points of Distinction’ monthly e-newsletter
offers three key benefits to our customers:
- Learn more about our Portfolio of Properties and DMC’s
- Learn about unique approaches to meeting locations, venues
and themes and
- Build and maintaining relationships among everyone in the Prestige
‘family’. The newsletter is distributed to our database
of valued customers, and is then available on our website for
later reference. You are welcome to submit content or suggestions
for topics, and we would be glad to add you to our mailing list.

Prestige Showcase
Prestige Showcases are one-day events hosted annually in several
of our primary markets (Minneapolis, Seattle, Atlanta, and New York.).
They give meeting planners, group travel directors and incentive
buyers a chance to meet, mingle and explore potential business with
our members and DMC’s as they present their property or destination
using a tabletop exhibit format. As an attendee at a Prestige Showcase
Event, you will have face to face visits with more potential program
sites and destinations in a 3-4 hour lunch or reception event than
possible via separate meetings on your own. And, you can view upcoming
dates and register to attend online.

Tradeshow
We often provide opportunities for members to participate in tradeshows
alongside our sales team, such as at IT&ME in Chicago each year.
This serves as a cost effective occasion where members can take
advantage of the positive positioning the Prestige brand enjoys,
and you can visit with multiple Prestige members at one time. We

Prestige Brochure
The Prestige Resorts & Destinations 4 color brochure is used
to promote the upscale quality of our member portfolio and to communicate
our philosophy of customer service, advocacy for our clients, and
commitment to the highest standards in property and DMC quality.
The Prestige Brochure is available to you in a variety of ways,

- During sales calls when you meet with a Prestige Sales Partner.
